Grettal is a Medical Intuitive and an Integrative Clinical Practitioner using CranioSacral Therapy and Homeopathy together in a powerful way to get to the root of pain and illness, and restore your vitality and health.
Grettal was first drawn to holistic health as a High School English teacher in North Toronto. She realized that many of her students were struggling with simple tasks: cognitive learning skills, creative thinking assignments, focused attention in class. All these requirements were challenges for her students.
Frustrated in trying to get through to them and motivated to find a way to help make a difference in their lives, she decided to take a new career direction and began her studies in various holistic health modalities. She learned that many symptoms from childhood both neurological and emotional came from birth trauma, vaccination shock and early childhood injuries and infections. Without being addressed fully, neurological imprints get carried over into adulthood as depression, anxiety and a multitude of behavioral conditions. Her four phase system brings you into complete resolution and shifts you out of these internal triggers which create disease.
Grettal studied S.R.I. (Somatic Respiratory Integration) and The Twelve Stages of Healing with Donald Epstein, creator of energetic technologies, and re-organizational healing, in Denver, Maui and Sedona.
“S.R.I. helped me to bring connection and focus to my body using breath, touch and movement so that I could tap into my innate healing rhythms. I discovered how to shift out of hopeless states by using an internal anchor of peaceful consciousness.” For six years Grettal worked with Dr. Anthony Posa, in his Network Spinal Analysis clinic teaching and facilitating S.R.I. with his patients.
She studied Craniosacral Therapy with the Upledger Institute where she acquired levels one and two alongside both levels of Somato-Emotional Release, dealing with tissue memory release to help trauma. She is experienced in mouth and jaw work, a big part of Craniosacral Therapy that many people aren’t aware of.
Grettal received her degree in Homeopathic Medicine in 2001 and became involved with attuning to different herbal vibrations and remedies to assist her clients in their healing process.
